Our story

What started as a hobby to stay awake while switching over to a night shift schedule quickly became a passion to help others be more mindful about what we put in our bodies.

We have a philosophy of health and sustainability - knowing what goes into our food, into our homes, and being self sufficient in as many ways possible!

Our ingredients

Have you looked at a loaf of bread from the store? How many ingredients are listed? Can you pronounce them all? Our bread base is only ever three ingredients- flour, water, salt. You can feel good about what you are putting into your body.
